TIPS FOR PERFECT RESULTS

Would you like your 'Malai Seekh Kabab Gravy' to be prepared restaurant-style at home? Here are some useful tips for home cooks:

  • Chill the kabab mixture for 30-60 minutes before shaping, this helps kababs hold their shape and remain moist.
  • Do not overcook kababs, they should be tender, not dry/rubbery.
  • To achieve a rich, creamy consistency in your creamy seekh kabab curry, it is recommended to use full-fat dairy products such as Olpers Fresh Milk and Olpers Dairy Cream.
  • To enhance flavor, consider cooking kababs in a small amount of butter before adding them to the gravy.
  • If you are a planner, you can make this special Bakra Eid recipe a day ahead of time and just reheat and garnish before serving.

These helpful tips will take your Eid meat preparations to the next level and spark more exciting Eid food recipes for your festive table.
