  • 5 eggs
  • ¾ cups of caster sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence 
  • 2 tsp baking powder 
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE FOR MALAI CAKE

PREHEAT & PREPARE

  • Preheat your oven to 170°C and grease your baking dish with oil.

CREAMING PROCESS

  • Add 3 cups of Olper’s milk to a pot, sprinkle 1 tsp of cardamom powder, and bring it to a boil.
  • Pour ¾ cups of condensed milk and mix it well.
